No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed arrival date on winter, low and middle season and 21 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 14 days during winter, low and middle season or 21 during high season, before arrival date, results the 50% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the total stay.

We like the location at the egde of Perissa. Not all rooms have suitable balconies, we were lucky to get a very nice one and enjoyed it immensely. The lady who owns it, is very friendly and helpful as well as the woman, who cleans the rooms. We will come back! | 5 |
