Mark & Joanna Studios is a family owned A’ class complex of studios which follows the traditional Cycladic architecture style. It is only 300 meters away from Perissa, the famous 7 klm long black beach, in a very peaceful and quiet area but still very close to the center of the village.

Any cancellation made within 14 days during winter, low and middle season or 21 during high season, before arrival date, results the 50% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the total stay.

We like the location at the egde of Perissa. Not all rooms have suitable balconies, we were lucky to get a very nice one and enjoyed it immensely. The lady who owns it, is very friendly and helpful as well as the woman, who cleans the rooms. We will come back! | 5 |
